A 30-minute call where we ask about your team size, current challenges, and what a successful outcome looks like for you. No pitch deck, just questions.
Custom design
We draft a session plan tailored to your group. You review it, suggest edits, and approve. Typical turnaround is five business days.
Live facilitation
We come to your location in Gatineau-Ottawa or connect via video. Every session includes interactive exercises, not slides read aloud.
Follow-through

Our half-day intensives work best with 8 to 14 participants. Cohort programs cap at six people per group to keep discussion personal. Executive retreats accommodate up to 20.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. About a third of our workshops run over video. We use breakout rooms and shared documents to keep energy high. In-person sessions remain our preference when geography allows, because body language matters in leadership training.
What does a typical engagement cost?
A half-day intensive for up to 14 people starts at $2,800 CAD. Cohort programs and retreats vary based on duration and group size. We provide a detailed quote after the scoping call so there are no surprises.
Can you deliver workshops in French?
Absolutely. Our facilitators are bilingual. We run sessions in English, French, or a mix depending on your team's comfort. All printed materials are available in both languages.
